• Our premium 10-gauge welded steel frame construction is the most robust steel rack on the market.
• Weld locations are sanded for a smooth, professional finish.
• Our tapping process provides EIA-compliant precision threaded rails on both the front and back to ensure flexibility when mounting equipment.
• Every rack unit includes rack unit dividers to aid in equipment mounting.
• When connecting multiple racks, numerous holes are provided for mounting power distribution, cable management, and other accessories.
• Bonding is a breeze with two (2) pairs of integrated 10-32 ground studs spaced 5/8” apart. Stud pairs are conveniently located across from each other inside the rail channel. For added convenience, a pair is near the top of the rack, while the other is at the lower side.
• To keep it looking great, the DNRR undergoes a five-stage paint process, including a coat of premium smooth black powder paint.
• We cover the rails with a cardboard sleeve to prevent any damage during transportation.

Specifications

• Rack rails are constructed in 10-gauge welded steel. Base angles are constructed in 1/4" steel plates.
• UL Listed 2416 load rated to 1,500 lbs (680 kg) when weight is distributed centrally and the rack is anchored to the floor.
  • Freestanding Racks are rated based on a four (4) x multiplier. 1,000 x 4 = 4,000. In this case, the Static Load is 4,000 lbs, and the UL2416 Load Rating is 1,000 lbs.
• Seismic rated to 400 lbs (181 kg) of dynamic load with an Ip factor of 1.5 in accordance with the IBC 2018, CBC 2019, NBC 2018, ASCE 7-16, and ASCE 7-10. Requires a seismic bolt-down kit such as the C4K-Z4 (sold separately).
• Finished in satin smooth RAL9005 black powder coat.
  • Complies with the Greenguard guidelines for indoor air quality.
• TAA-compliant for federal GSA schedule purchases within the USA.
